Comments about adidas Cushioned 3 Stripes Quarter Socks Men 3 Pack:
In the past, I've bought the Adidas anticlimatic socks for youth for my son; and they've held up well. We decided to try the men's size since it starts at size 6 (correct for his shoe size). We are very happy with the quality and thickness and the quarter sock height. We'll have to reserve our comments about wearing through heel/toe after he gets more use out of them.
Service and delivery comments:
There was an odd situation with the delivery; which the Holabird Sports rep said typically does not happen. UPS was the initial carrier (normally I believe they would be the one to make the delivery, but they handed over the product to the post office in Sylmar, CA. It was routed to our main post office in Burbank, CA but when I picked up the product, there was a note that I need to pay add'l fee of $2.86 to the post office. I was very satisfied with my contact afterwards with Holabird Sports customer service. They credited the $2.86 back on to my credit card and included a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. More retail companies should be so prompt about recognizing problems and compensating the customer for it.
