Comments about Babolat Pure Drive GT 2012:
The Babalot Pure Drive is renown, and I could have bought it at any number of places. But Holabird was chosen for their reliability and going the extra mile to assure delivery without any problems.
Service and delivery comments:
Holabird went the extra mile in packaging: my racquettes were sealed in plastic film, inside a carton, which, itself, was sealed in plastic film. Consequently, the delivery person could leave the package on the porch, in the rain, without any damage to my racquettes, or the documentation. Very reassuring.

Comments about Babolat Pure Drive GT 2012:
So far, I really love this racket! It is quite a change from what I've been using (Wilson Hammer 5.3) so I'm still getting used to it. One area that it's not performing well (or I'm not performing well - up to interpretation) is how it plays at the net (volleys.) Ground strokes are noticeably punchier and have more spin. Serve is more consistent. I'm glad to be playing with a more updated racket and looking forward to improving my game overall now.

This racquet is so smooth...great feel and control. I am quicker to the ball and in control of my game with this raquet. Nothing negative to say about his racquet. Before purchasing, I did a lot of research and am glad I did. I have never had a better racquet.

Comments about Babolat Pure Drive GT 2012:
I purchased these racquets to replace my Wilson NCode racquets. I used the 'comparison' feature on the Holabird website to purchase racquets w/similar specifications to my old racquets. I love these racquets - they feel and hit great! These are my first Babolat's and I am very happy with my purchase.

Q:
Which string is best? I am a 4.0 player and hit pretty hardAsked on 2/22/2012 by Anonymous2 answers
A:
Strings really come down to personal preference. If you break strings fairly often and like a stiffer string, Babolat has a couple nice polyester strings like Pro Hurricane Tour or RPM Blast. If you are not breaking too many strings or would prefer something softer and more playable, Babolat Addiction or Babolat Xcel are both great choices.Answered on 2/28/2012 by Ryan from Holabird SportsA:
Babolat strings are the only type of strings that are recommended for this product so that it will perform optimally. The racket comes with strings when you purchase it and additional strings can be purchased through the website.Answered on 2/27/2012 by Community Answer from None
