Upper: Airmesh upper is breathable and lightweight. Synthetic overlays help increase durability with only minimal weight.
Midsole: Mizuno's Parallel Wave configuration allows for a lightweight yet supportive platform for the rigors of cross country running and racing. AP midsole is lightweight and responsive, yet also a durable cushioning polymer.
Outsole: A solid rubber forefoot plate with a 6 spike configuration allows for use in cross country as well as indoor track as well.
