I always use your company for all by tennis ball purchases for personal and USTA league play use. Whenever I've had problems with damaged cans of balls I've been reimbursed. Good customer service.

I often order from Holabird. Great prices and great service except this time we received two cans with the lids bent and tops are open. Will it be possible to receive a credit?
The box had no signs of damage so it was unusual to see to popped cans.
                            Thank you for your assistance.

                                A:

Both balls are Heavy Duty so the felt durability is similar. The balls have not been tested for being used for a walker so we would suggest getting the most economical balls that we sell here >>> www.holabirdsports.com/tennis/balls/tennis-balls.html
