Case of Dunlop balls arrived with carton almost falling apart. Lids on most of the cans were loose in the carton. Tops of most of the cans were dented and bent. Will have to see if the compression in the cans survived. Hard to justify buying these again from Holabird.

I opened a can 1 week ago and have now just finished hitting with them for the 4th time in the last 7 days. Thats roughly 8 hours of hitting.
AND THERE STILL GOOD!!!
No brainer.....awesome balls.

Service and delivery comments:
Holabird service was VERY DISAPPOINTING.
Product arrived in badly damaged condition.
Customer service personnel were unhelpful in addressing issue--replacement product arrived after one month delay, multiple telephone calls and emails, and only after I (customer) managed the process with UPS for delivery of replacement product.
There was no follow up for three additional weeks until this Holabird request for product survey information; my phone messages went unreturned.
In short, there does not seem to be any customer service culture or management emphasis on service.

This is an amazing ball. It lasts so very long. I've order two cases from [@] and been thrilled. But so many of this batch are far below par. Don't know if Holabird has kept these on the shelf to long or what...but I'll never order from them again.
