Comments about Garmin Forerunner 10 Pink:
I wanted a watch that would record my pace, time, and distance. It does all that and is easy and simple. The color is great too. It's lightweight and small. The best part is the cost.

Q:
Is there a regular lap function? For example, can I use a custom screen to manually hit "laps" thourghout a workout. For example - running 10 miles - 3 miles warmup - 6 x800m with 800m rest - 1 mile tempo, 1 mile cooldown. I know with auto lap the wamup miles click away with each mile split - but once I get into the 800's can I see a screen with the distance throughout the 800m lap and the running time throughout the lap?Asked on 1/9/2013 by Anonymous2 answers
A:
If you hold down the select button while in the "Auto Lap Mode", you will then be directed to the "Manual Lap Function".Answered on 1/9/2013 by Community Answer from NoneA:
The AutoLap function is turned on by default and will log a lap after every mile or kilometer; however, the AutoLap function can be turned off so you can log splits manually if desired.Answered on 1/14/2013 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
Q:
Hi, How can I also use this product if I am running indoors and there is no satellite available?Asked on 9/5/2012 by Runnergirl from Shirley, MA2 answers
A:
If you are using this product indoors you will have to use the lap time functions, instead of GPS functions.Answered on 9/5/2012 by Community Answer from NoneA:
Many of Garmin's GPS or heart rate monitor products are compatible with Garmin's optional foot pod that measures speed and distance when a satellite is not available (either during indoor workouts, under cloud cover, etc.). Unfortunately, the Forerunner 10 is not compatible with the foot pod so it will not provide speed, distance, or pace data when a satellite is unavailable; however, you will still be able to use the regular watch functions.Answered on 9/7/2012 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
