The Forerunner® 10 is so easy to use, that you can begin your run with the simple push of a button. Then just get to running and see your time/distance on one screen and calories/pace on another. To sweeten the deal, this is Garmin's most comfortable, lightest watch yet.
This black and red version has the same functionality as the other Forerunner® 10 units, but it has a slightly watch face and wider wristband.

Training Mode Features:

Current pace is displayed during the run and average pace is displayed in a post-run summary. Just be aware that the current place displayed is what Garmin calls "rounded pace" which rounds off the pace to the nearest 5 seconds.
