The Hydro Flask 40oz Wide Mouth Water Bottle w/Flex Cap is specifically formulated to keep your hots hot and your colds cold. The newly added Flex Cap, made from light and flexible TPU material allows for easy carrying. A honeycomb designed insulation helps to further ensure your desired beverage temperatures.

Good size Canteen. Needed a bigger canteen for playing Pickle Ball, this one fit the bill. Can put 2bottles of water and ice in this size.

I bought this flask for my wife. We both practice Bikram Yoga, where the room is 104-105 degrees with about 40% humidity. However, sometimes the humidifiers fail & its just straight heat. The practice is 1 1/2 hrs.
This flask keeps the water at whatever temperature it was when we put into it. Anywhere from room temperature to cool, as we don't drink very cold water. (contrary to what many people believe....iced/cold water is not good for the body, as it shocks the normal body temperature)
At any rate, my wife loves the flask. It was recommended by many other Yoga practitioners too. Before I bought it I watched a video online where a person compared it with another brand for 24 hrs. w/both hot & cold water...both flasks did exactly what the manufacturers claimed.
I chose the Hydroflask because my wife's favorite colors are orange/mango & she liked the cap material, as the other flask had a metal type.
