This product is an extremely easy to use and beneficial training aid. Great for perfecting your timing of swings, as well as the overall skill level of your various swings. Good for foot work as well. Great exercise tool that I use often. The only problem for me is no court time, so this is what I use all the time. I pretty much have to order them in bulk because I wear them out so quickly! I would recommend this product for anyone who wants to work on their training off the court. Great product.
