The is the "most" cushioned and comfortable shoe
I've ever run in. Tried Asics,Brooks and new Balance and the Karhu surpasses them all.

Comments about Karhu Fast 3 Men's CoreRed/Flame:
Fantastic runner's shoe. Does not cradle weaknesses and forces you on your mid and forefoot and eventually works out those inefficiencies and causes of soreness/pain. Ultra lightweight. Very breathable.
I am an avid runner, hiker, climber, and gym attendee. These are my third pair of Karhu Fast Rides.
SIZING: As always with the Fast Rides, buy half a size larger.
STYLE: Neutral shoe.
Service and delivery comments:
NOTE: One shoe of the pair came with a unglued toe cap. The glue wore right off and it looks almost like it was super glued on and highly unlikely to be factory done considering how messy it is. However, the glue, whatever it is, is not holding and half the toe cap is off and flaps about when running. Unsure if it's like this as a result of poor QA from Karhu or Holabird Sports. Given the mess that it is, a very unusual looking glue, I'd guess it is not a manufacturing issue. The toe on the other shoe is clean, pristine, and holding. I was in a position where returning the shoe was impossible at the time and I really needed the shoes immediately unfortunately so I have to put up with a defective $140 pair of shoes.

Q:
1.according to sizing,how would it fit ?
2.i usualy use 4-6 mm off set shoes ,cuz i'm mid-foot striker.would it be easy to run in this 14mm heel to toe drop?Asked on 7/3/2012 by zulu from saudi arabia1 answer
A:
This shoe should be fairly true to size. If you are used to running in shoes with a much lower heel-to-toe offset, this shoe will be an adjustment for you. Because of the greater offset, this shoe will tend to cause runners to strike on their heel instead of their midfoot or forefoot.Answered on 7/9/2012 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
