Midsole: Impact Guidance System (I.G.S.®) design philosophy employs linked componentry that enhances the foot’s natural gait from heel strike to toe-off. Heel and forefoot GEL cushioning attenuates shock during impact and toe-off phases and allows movement in multiple planes as the foot transitions through the gait cycle. Solyte® midsole material is a lighter weight midsole compound than ASICS’ standard EVA and SpEVA®. SpEVA® midsole material improves bounce-back characteristics and decreases midsole breakdown. Guidance Line® vertical flex groove decouples the tooling along the line of progression for enhanced gait efficiency. Removable ComforDry™ sockliner provides cushioning performance and anti-microbial properties for a cooler, drier, healthier environment.

Outsole: AHAR® ASICS High Abrasion Rubber is placed in critical areas of the outsole for exceptional durability. DuraSponge® outsole uses a blown AHAR® rubber compound for enhanced cushioning and durability in the forefoot.
