Q:
I work out on the stairmaster, elliptical, treadmill, etc. All aerobic things, is this shoe good for this type of exercise? If not what would be good? Thanks.Asked on 2/3/2013 by philly2 answers
A:
The New Balance 623 AB Men will work well for this exercise due to its oil and slip resistant solid rubber outsole.Answered on 2/3/2013 by Community Answer from NoneA:
The New Balance 623 is a cross training shoe so it is fine for a variety of aerobic activities, including those you describe. If you are planning to do a lot of running, you may want to take a look at some of the running-specific shoes (http://www.holabirdsports.com/men-s-shoes/running-shoes.html) as they will provide more cushioning. If you are only doing light running as part of your workout routine, then these should be fine.Answered on 2/4/2013 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
