I use the shoes for personal workouts. I like the light weight and surprising durability. I train young track athletes, and demonstrate to them the skills they can develop. I also recommend these shoes to them, and they also are pleased with this shoe.

The shoe can be run out-of-the-box. It takes little to "break in." If you like a light, very fast shoe, this is your choice. I am also pleased at its durability. For a racing flat, I've never had better!
