Lightweight Racing. The Mizuno Wave Musha 4 has a low to the ground feel and features AP+ midsole material for added bounce.

Upper: Mizuno Airmesh upper provides the utmost in breathability and comfort.

Midsole: Mizuno Wave™ technology combines cushioning and stability—two different elements that are both inherently necessary in great running shoes. SmoothRide engineering minimizes the rapid acceleration and deceleration of the foot during transition, creating the smoothest ride possible. AP+ enhances the inherent properties of the AP midsole by offering increased rebound and a bouncier feeling which extends the cushioning durability and maintaining lightweight performance.

Outsole: X 10™ durable carbon rubber allows for longer wear in high impact areas and supplements traction at heel strike.

Available in width D (Medium).

Comments about Mizuno Wave Musha 4 Men Lime/Anthracite/Red:

I am 100% Mizuno loyal when it comes to shoes. I currently run in a variety of shoes, Precision, Nirvana, Elixir and Ronin, depending on the workout/situation. I am an avid racer and 90% of the time I win or place in the 60-64 age group. So I am always looking for an edge, hence I bought the Mushta because of their weight, thinking I might pick up a few seconds per mile.
I ran one three mile workout in them and the back of my heels hurt badly for almost a week after. This, even after I replaced the insole with a PowerStep insole (which I do in all my shoes) I have a high arch and the Mushta just didn't work for me. Holabird was kind enough to let me send them back and get another pair of Ronin's instead, which do just fine for me.

Comments about Mizuno Wave Musha 4 Men Lime/Anthracite/Red:

I replace the Mizuno Wave Precision 11 with this shoe. I loved the Precision 11's and hate the 12's. This is a light shoe and has a much lower heel. I think it's a bit light for a trainer, but fast racing. First marathon in these, gave me aching calves, due to the lower heel. There's a break-in period if you're not used to the lower heel. I bought a second pair.

            Service and delivery comments:

Fast delivery and a great price. Couldn't be better service.
