Upper: Biomorphic Fit® technology uses stretch material that is strategically placed on the upper to reduce buckling and the potential for irritation. Discrete eyelets are independently place to disperse lace tension, creating a customized fit environment and enhanced upper comfort. Heel Clutching System™ uses an exoskeletal heel counter to provide improved support and improved heel fitting. P.H.F.™ (Personal Heel Fit) system uses two layers of memory foam that line the collar and mold to the athlete's heel, creating a personalized fit.

Midsole: Impact Guidance System (I.G.S.®) design philosophy employs linked componentry to enhance the foot's natural gait from heel strike to toe-off. Dynamic DuoMax® support system is a dual-density midsole system that is positioned to enhance support and stability. Guidance Line® vertical flex groove decouples the tooling along the line of progression for enhanced gait efficiency. Guidance Trusstic System reduces the weight of the sole unit while retaining the structural integrity of the shoe. Rearfoot and forefoot GEL® cushioning system attenuates shock during impact and toe-off phases and allows movement in multiple planes as the foot transitions through the gait cycle. Space Trusstic System™ creates a pocket between the Trusstic System® device and the midsole, allowing for controlled midsole deformation and more efficient foot function. Solyte® midsole material is a lighter weight midsole compound than ASICS' standard EVA ans SpEVA® while still providing cushioning and durability. Removable ComforDry™ sockliner provides cushioning performance and anti-microbial properties for a cooler, drier, healthier environment.

Outsole: AHAR® (ASICS High Abrasion Rubber) is placed in critical areas of the outsole for exceptional durability. DuraSponge® blown AHAR® rubber compound for enhanced cushioning and durability in the forefoot.
