Biomorphic Fit® system places stretch material strategically on the upper to help reduce buckling and the potential for irritation. P.H.F.® (Personal Heel Fit) features two layers of memory foam that line the collar and mold to the athlete's heel, creating a personalized fit. Cuprothermo design's metallic film retains heat in cold weather and releases heat in warm weather. 3M reflective materials are designed to enhance visibility during low light hours. Discrete eyelets are independently placed eyelets that disburse lace tension, creating a customized fitting environment and enhanced upper comfort.

Midsole: Impact Guidance System (I.G.S.®) employs linked componentry that enhances the foot's natural gait from heel strike to toe-off. Heel Clutching System is an exoskeletal heel counter that provides improved support and creates improved heel fitting environment. Discrete heel unit takes the Impact Guidance System to another level by creating ASICS' highest degree of shock attenuation and stability. Propulsion Trusstic® system mimics connective tissue in the foot by creating tension as the foot enters the propulsion stage. Rearfoot and forefoot GEL® Cushioning systems attenuate shock during impact during impact and toe-off phases and allow movement in multiple planes as the foot transitions through the gait cycle. Removable ComforDry™ Sockliner provides cushioning performance and anti-microbial properties for a cooler, drier, healthier environment. SoLyte® midsole material is a lighter weight midsole compound than ASICS' standard EVA and SpEVA® and features enhanced cushioning and durability. SoLyte® 45 last employs 45 degree SoLyte® lasting material for a soft platform feel. Guidance Line™ vertical flex groove decouples the tooling along the line of progression for enhanced gait efficiency.
