Upper: Coconut Active Carbon fiber provides a flexible range of motion. The padded collar and topline enhance fit and durability. A closed quick-lace system provides a secure, custom fit. 3M™ reflective surfaces increase visibility for increased safety. Built with tear-resistant TPU toe protection.
Midsole: EVA arch follows the contour of the foot and reduces weight. An anti-microbial Dri-Lex® sockliner wicks sweat away from the foot to help keep you feeling dry and comfortable. A polyurethane insole provides maximum comfort and plating for underfoot support. 3mm Drilex™ covered Polyurethane footbed offers more plating protection and reduced packing over a sustained period of time.
Outsole: Vibram® TC-1 Performance rubber delivers excellent foot feel without compromising abrasion resistance. Bikila tread design offers more traction over a variety of surfaces. 4mm anatomical pod outsole design distributes forefoot impact forces without compromising important ground feedback essential to a proper forefoot strike running form.

Please Note: All foot lengths are measured in inches. Foot shapes and sizes vary greatly. FiveFingers do provide some fit adjustment, but may not fit every foot type.
To Measure Your Foot:
- Stand with your heels flush against a flat vertical wall.
- Slide a ruler under each foot and measure the distance from the wall to the top of the longest toe.
- Take the longer of the two foot measurements.
- If the foot length varies more than 1/6" it will be difficult to get a precise fit for both feet.
- If your second toe is more than 1/6" longer than your big toe it may be difficult to get a precise fit.

The shoes are extremely comfortable. My feet are addicted to having these on as much as possible. I suggest getting a size that when you put them on they feel to small, almost too tight because these stretch almost immediately. If you order them too big you will not be happy with them. I use them for just about everything including outdoor pavement running. Please do some research from the web to learn how to break your feet in properly to these shoes.. The only negative is your feet will start to stink when wearing them but these shoes can be machine washed cold and air dryed which helps quite a bit.
