I've bought many shoes from Holabird in the past, all perfect. These shoes appear defective in 2 places, and also feel small, top to bottom (not width, not length). But I've worn them once, so am I out of luck? Wrong?

They felt a bit narrower in the toe than previous models from NB that I've had before, 1004, etc. Loosened the laces as far as possible, and they feel ok, but still a bit snugger than others.

The shoe fits well and is light and manuverable. The only complaint is that it wears at the fore front prematurely and could use more support there for people who grag their frong during serves. Still a very comfortable and light shoe.

This shoe overall has performed very well. The only issue is the inner lining. After 4 months of wear, the lining has holes worn through all the way to hard plastic. I can no longer wear this shoe in competition as it rubs blisters on the side of my foot. I expect more from a shoe in this price range.
