          I use the Nathan Traing Log to track my workouts, mileage and weight. I add notes for Special Events like doctor appointments, sporting events, family outings and vacations. I even track injury downtime with this Log. I ride over 2500 miles/yr and own a Garmin and am on Strava. Probably the most convenient thing about the NathanLog is I keep it on my countertop and can refer to it easy. Kind of old school, but extremely effective!
