Comments about New Balance 1080v2 BB Men:
I use these mostly for work shoes. I trade off between these and Asics Cumulus. They've always been reliable and durable. Untill the 1080's I wore 106X's . . . These don't seem quite as cushy as the 1062's but that might be me... I took them out for a run and they seem to be pretty good for that. I have some Brooks and Sauconys that still have some milage left in them that I use for my primary running shoes. I will not use my running shoes for work or visa-versa, they last longer that way. I usually walk about 4 to 7 miles at work every day, the 1080's seem to be holding up well.

Comments about New Balance 1080v2 BB Men:
This shoe is the perfect running shoe for me. I run 30 mins. to an hour 5-6 times a week. I have a pair I run out of doors with and one for inside on the treadmill. I plan on purchasing a 4th pair if available when the time comes.

Q:
How is this shoe for a 230 lb Clydesdale.Asked on 5/4/2013 by Mojo Mark from United States2 answers
A:
It depends in part on your arch structure and biomechanics. If you have a fairly high arch with minimal pronation, then this should be a good shoe for you. For larger-framed runners, there is sometimes a danger of "bottoming out" the cushioning in a running shoe, but the 1080 is a pretty robust shoe, so you should be fine on that front.Answered on 5/6/2013 by Ryan from Holabird SportsA:
Since many larger athletic men need extra cushioning in their shoes, this product might be suitable for you; the shoe features advanced N2 cushioning technology. It is available in D (medium) and EE (wide) widths.Answered on 5/5/2013 by Community Answer from None
