Trail Neutral. This special, winterized edition of the New Balance 110 trail shoe retains the shoe's hallmark light and low platform. The addition of winter specific materials and a weather-resistant construction will help you stay on the trail all season long.
Upper: Synthetic upper provides optimal durability against the hazards of the trail. Stiff heel counter keeps your foot centered. Rubberized toe cap enhances durability. Lightly padded heel collar for step-in comfort. Waterproof upper materials keep your feet dry and comfortable. NOR SNOW collar keeps snow from getting into the shoe.
Midsole: Acteva® midsole is lighter than standard foam and features DuPont™ Engage® for added durability. Rock Stop® protective layer shields the foot from rocks and shock by minimizing pressure and dispersing energy. Internal shank resists torsion for a more stable fit. Internal shank for stability and protection.
4mm heel to toe offset.
Outsole: Aggressively lugged outsole provides plenty of traction on any terrain. Sticky rubber for better grip.

Comments about New Balance 110 BB Men:
I wear the NB Minimus and this shoe is just the same only better for winter,snow etc. I wear it because most shoes hurt my feet due to neuropathy. These shoes don't bother me. They are light weight and very comfortable. You can leave them unzipped for looser fit on ankles. Them seem somewhat bigger in size but I wouldn't say it is a whole half of a size. I love them
