New Balance 806 tennis shoes are the perfect durable and stable option for all-court players. Comfortable lining, a supportive midfoot, and maximum traction create the ultimate combination for effective play. Perfect for players that need some motion control.

Upper: Full grain leather provides optimal support and durability. A long-wear drag tip helps protect the toe box area. Padded tongue and heel collar enhances instep comfort. Lace up front offers a customizable fit. An external loop at the heel makes the shoes easier to slip on.

Midsole:Lightning Dry® liner keeps your feet dry and comfortable as you train. C-CAP® midsole provides cushioning and support. ABZORB® cushioning in the midfoot provides exceptional shock absorption. ROLLBAR® with medial and lateral TPU Posts give ultimate motion control.

Comments about New Balance 806 Women's:

This is a good shoe for someone looking for a wider toe box. Playing pickleball 5-6 days week for a couple of hours at a time, a pair lasts me about 4 months before it has worn down the bottoms. It's not the "prettiest" shoe around, but it does the job. I've tried several other "wide" size shoes and keep coming back to the 806.

            Service and delivery comments:

            Excellent service.

The exact difference between widths varies from brand to brand and even shoe to shoe. In general, the width difference is usually somewhere between 2 millimeters and 3/16 of an inch.

            • About New Balance
New Balance has grown to be one of the largest manufacturers of running shoes and they've done this without expensive advertising campaigns. New Balance knows that there is no better press than positive word-of-mouth. New Balance began as an arch support company, but in 1960, they designed the first running shoe with a ripple sole and the first running shoe that came in varying widths. It didn't take long before New Balance running shoes were used by college track teams all over the country. Today, New Balance makes their shoes available in more widths than almost any other company and that means that there's a New Balance that can fit nearly any foot. Although they started by making running shoes, New Balance tennis shoes are an industry staple and are loved by recreational and serious players. New Balance also makes fine running and tennis apparel, as well as a variety of socks and other sporting accessories.
