Nike+ Technology:

Nike+ gives you feedback on how you're running, while you are running. This amazing technology allows you to track your distance, pace, time and calories burned during your runs. You can hear this information through your iPod® nano if you're using the Nike+ iPod® Sport Kit or see it all on your wrist with a Nike+ Sportband.

Simply slip the Nike+ sensor, sold separately in the Nike+ iPod Sport Kit and Nike+ Sportband, into the specially made shoe pocket and head out. The Nike+ pocket under the sockliner provides a comfortable and secure place for the Nike+ sensor.

The Nike+ sensor uses a sensitive accelerometer to measure your every step, then wirelessly transfers this data to the receiver on you iPod nano or Nike+ Sportband so you can stay focused on your training.

Shoefitr uses 3D scanners to collect a shoe's internal measurements.

The measurements of your current shoe are compared to the one you want...

...and Shoefitr recomments the best fit.

The Nike Free Run+ 3 Ladies shoe has a sculpted Phylite midsole for support and cushioning. This makes is an excellent choice for a runner with a high arch.

      A:

The Nike Free Run+ 3 should be fine for a high arch. The Free Run series is designed to provide a more natural experience by letting the foot flex and move. With any switch towards more minimal footwear, we encourage customers to take their time, transition slowly into the more minimal shoe, and allow their body to adjust.

  • Q:

I usually order 1/2 size larger in sneakers. How about this shoe?

    • A:

This shoe runs true to size, you may not need to order 1/2 size larger.

      A:

The Nike Free Run+ 3 runs pretty true in both length and width so you should be fine ordering your normal athletic shoe size. It is not uncommon to need a half- to full-size larger in athletic shoes than dress shoes. Getting a larger size in your athletic shoes will give your feet room to swell during exercise.

  • About Nike
Nike sportswear has become synonymous with cutting-edge sports performance. Famous for both their advertising and amazing sports equipment, Nike makes gear for almost every sport: running shoes, running clothes, tennis shoes, tennis clothes, athletic wear, and training gear. Recently, Nike and Apple even teamed up to create a new system for monitoring and improving performance. Called Nike+, the system uses a chip placed in Nike running shoes for men and women. The chip then communicates with your iPod to display real-time statistics about your workout! But the Nike revolution doesn't end with men's and women's Nike running shoes—that's just the beginning. Nike tennis shoes and tennis apparel are worn by some of the best tennis players that history has ever known, including career Grand Slam winners Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer. They are the ultimate in comfort and stability, and are designed to provide fantastic support and superior traction for any surface. You'll also be impressed by the fine selection of stylish and colorful models as well as the affordable prices. Nike has been pushing boundaries and striving for excellence since day one.
