Neutral. The latest progression in an iconic line, this shoe has a lower heel and more support than its predecessor. The Nike LunarFly+ 3 offers plush cushioning and a revamped look for maximum style and comfort on the trail, the track or the road.

Upper: Mesh upper with synthetic overlays. Reflective accents on the toe and the heel provide enhanced visibility in low light. Padded tongue and heel collar for comfort. Textile lining. Integrated innersleeve wraps the foot for a snug, breathable fit.

Midsole: Lunarlon cushioning with Dynamic Support gives the runner just enough support while still remaining lightweight and flexible. Removable FitSole insole for added comfort.

Outsole: BRS 1000 carbon rubber in the heel for durability. Environmentally preferred rubber in the forefoot for traction in wet or dry conditions. Outsole flex grooves offer enhanced flexibility.
