Neutral. With the lightweight flexibility of a road shoe with the water resistance and aggressive lug outsole of a trail shoe, Nike’s Lunarfly+ 3 Trail is a versatile off-road trainer. Built for the biomechanically efficient runner, the Lunarfly+ 3 Trail provides a smooth transition with plush cushioning for neutral runners.
Upper: Trail specific upper with durable, water repellant treated H2O repel mesh. Rugged materials and enhanced overlays throughout the forefoot provide durable comfort and stability. Padded tongue and heel collar for comfort. Textile lining.
Midsole: Lunarlon cushioning with Dynamic Support gives the runner just enough support while still remaining lightweight and flexible. Removable FitSole insole for added comfort. Integrated Stoneshield for off-road protection. Nike+ ready.
Outsole: Multi-directional aggressive waffle outsole for enhanced traction on the trail. BRS 1000 carbon rubber in the heel for durability. Environmentally preferred rubber in the forefoot for traction in wet or dry conditions. Outsole flex grooves offer enhanced flexibility.

The Nike+ sensor uses a sensitive accelerometer to measure your every step, then wirelessly transfers this data to the receiver on you iPod nano, Nike+ Sportband or Nike+ Sportwatch GPS so you can stay focused on your training.
