    Can you bounce this off an overhead garage door without making dents in the door?

      A:

      This is a novelty item that is primarily intended for autographs or as a souvenir item. It is not designed for use as a real tennis ball and I wouldn't recommend hitting or throwing it against a garage door as it may damage the door. You might want to take a look at some of our foam training balls (http://www.holabirdsports.com/tennis/balls/shopby/hb_ball_type_tennis-foam.html) instead. They are much lighter and softer and you may be able to hit or throw them against a garage door without damaging it.

      No, any ball other than a Nerf or sponge ball can be thrown with enough force to dent a metal overhead garage door.
