Q:
what is the preferred string for this racquet? Prince LT ? ANd what guage?
I have this racquet and want to get another as a gift for my fiance'.
thank you.Asked on 4/11/2012 by Jim from West palm Beach, FL1 answer
A:
Prince recommends any of their performance strings such as Prince Premier LT or Prince Premier Softflex. Gauge really depends on personal preference and play style. If your fiancée isn’t breaking many strings and wants the best playability possible, go for a 17 or 18 gauge. If she is breaking some strings, you may want to try a 16 gauge for a little bit of added durability.Answered on 4/12/2012 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
