Q:
I use to play with the TT Scream racket for 11 years and now I want to graduate to the Prince EXO3 Silver 115 2011. My fear is that it will take me a while to get accustom to the new racket. I am playing at the USTA 3.5 and 4.0 levels and have a pretty good forehand and the backhand keeps me in the game. Do you recommend this racket to a 59 year old scrapper?Asked on 4/6/2013 by Jerry from Port Orchard, WA2 answers
A:
Yes this racket would be recommended however it will take some time to get used to it. The issue is any racket that is not the same as yours will take some time.Answered on 4/8/2013 by Community Answer from NoneA:
Anytime you switch racquets, there is going to be a bit of an adjustment period even if the two racquets are fairly similar. The EXO3 Silver is a bit more powerful than your Triple Threat Scream, but if you are looking to move into a more powerful frame then this might be the right racquet for you. Just keep in mind that when you go to a more powerful frame, you will give up some control. I would also recommend taking advantage of our demo program (http://www.holabirdsports.com/demo-racquet-program) before making a purchase decision. Doing so will allow you to actually test out some potential racquets on the court so you can get a feel for them and see which ones you like and dislike.Answered on 4/8/2013 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
