How do you determine size for arm warmers?

  To get the best fit, measure around the thickest part of your bicep, and then measure your wrist. An XS should fit a 6-6.5" wrist and 10-10.75" bicep; a small should fit a 6.5-6.75" wrist and 10.75-11.5" bicep; a medium should fit a 6.75-7" wrist and 11.5-12.25" bicep; a large should fit a 7-7.25" wrist and 12.25-13.5" bicep. Theses sleeves are stretchy so which size you choose will also depend upon how tightly you want them to fit.
