Lens Technology:
- The Tifosi Optics High Speed Red™ Fototec™ lens utilizes variable tint technology. The lens starts off bright red in low UV light (early morning, evening or overcast conditions) and darkens to deep red in full sunlight.
- Developed from input provided by Tifosi's extensive auto racing and road cycling sponsorships, High Speed Red has a Variable Tint Technology (V.T.T.) of 35% to 12% light transmission with a color filter tailored for pavement use.
- These polycarbonate lenses are blended with microscopic photochromes that alter the tint of the lenses when exposed to UV rays.
- The results of this process is a family of lenses that adapt to your individual needs regardless of outdoor lighting condtions.
