I work security so I walk alot and in all types of conditions. These shoes keep my feet warm and dry without the heaviness of a rain boot. I was also pleasantly surprised to find they also work well for running in wet conditions on asphalt and gravel/grass.

The adidas climaWARM Tempest is a neutral shoe and does not really feature any support features for pronation control or lower arches. If you have lower arches and are looking for a shoe with more support, you might want to look at something more like the adidas supernova Sequence 5 (www.holabirdsports.com/catalogsearch/result/?cat=740&q=supernova+sequence+5).
