      How accurate is the activity recordings vs the actual activities you have preformed? How would you know if it was recording correctly?

        Yes you can but the band alone costs $99.95. There is no clear way to see if it is recording correctly. The reading is based on a lot of factors that include, heart rate and movement. The watch is water resistant up to 50 meters.

        The New Balance LifeTRNr has a 12-hour or 24-hour time and alarm format. Although the Garmin vivofit does lack with the vibrating alarm, we feel that the Pro's deffinetly out weigh the cons.
