A:
To activate Pulse Mode, press the MODE button until you reach PULS mode. The watch will then begin automatically searching for the heart rate signal. Once the signal is detected, the watch will display a solid blinking heart icon on the top line, your heart rate reading on the center line and a zone indicator graph on the right.Answered on 11/26/2012 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
