This bottle is a must-have for me at the gym. The flip straw makes it very easy to get a quick drink of water when I am running on a treadmill or working out on an elliptical. Not having to throw my head back allows me to keep my proper form and breathing so I can still hydrate myself and avoid cramps and side stitches. I've been using mine for over a year now and have had no problems with it. The wide mouth makes it easy to add ice cubes and also makes it pretty easy to clean. I never go to the gym without this bottle. Ever.
