Neutral. Have the ride of your life in New Balance’s 1080v2 that features N2 cushioning technology for responsive, durable and sustainable cushioning while allowing your foot to be lower to the ground.

Proudly assembled in the USA.

Upper: Air mesh upper with synthetic overlays for increased support and durability. Dual density collar foam and a padded tongue provide a secure, comfortable fit. 3M® reflectivity provides plenty of visibility, even on early morning or night time running excursions. No-sew material application reduces the potential for irritation for a comfortable fit and a great ride.

Midsole: N2 Cushioning Technology is a bottom unit cushioning technology that provides responsive, durable and sustainable cushioning in a low profile execution. ACTEVA Lite is 24% lighter than standard midsole foam with DuPont™ Elvaloy® and DuPont™ Engage® for optimal compression set properties. T-Beam is a flexible and lightweight TPU shank engineered to deliver optimum torsional stability and srach support through a unique center beam design. A full length Abzorb® strobel board attenuates shock for a cushioned ride. Removable, perforated OrthoLite® insole provides top-of-the-line comfort. Built on New Balance’s Natural PL-1 Performance Running last with a standard heel width, instep height, toe box height and forefoot width.

Outsole: Blown rubber forefoot provides a soft cushioned ride. NDurance outsole features a rubber compound designed for maximum durability that is used in high-wear areas.

Available in widths B (Medium) and D (Wide).

Comments about New Balance 1080v2 LS Lady:

I used the size guidelines in ordering but even with extra socks, the shoes felt a size too big. Holabird Sports was great about returning the shoes, I would definitely order with them again.

Does this shoe help good if I overpronate?

              A:

This shoe is a neutral shoe and doesn’t have any built-in posting for pronation control. It is designed for someone with little or no pronation.

          • Q:

Is this shoe the next generation to the 1064? That is what I have now. Thanks.

              A:

Yes, the 1080 replaced the 1064. The New Balance 1080v2 is the second generation of the 1080 series.

          • About New Balance
New Balance has grown to be one of the largest manufacturers of running shoes and they've done this without expensive advertising campaigns. New Balance knows that there is no better press than positive word-of-mouth. New Balance began as an arch support company, but in 1960, they designed the first running shoe with a ripple sole and the first running shoe that came in varying widths. It didn't take long before New Balance running shoes were used by college track teams all over the country. Today, New Balance makes their shoes available in more widths than almost any other company and that means that there's a New Balance that can fit nearly any foot. Although they started by making running shoes, New Balance tennis shoes are an industry staple and are loved by recreational and serious players. New Balance also makes fine running and tennis apparel, as well as a variety of socks and other sporting accessories.
