I am training for a marathon. I have used Honey Stinger Waffles on my long runs. I have had them at the halfway point and sometimes before starting. I am not a big eater before a run, but this goes down well. I feel like it is just the right amount of food to fuel a long run without stomach issues. I plan to eat one as my breakfast before the race.

Overall this is one of the best tasting energy products I have ever come across. The waffles are delicious and I feel energized after eating them. I would recommend these to anyone! Doesn't leave any sort of after taste like some other nutrition products I have tried in the past.
