Comments about New Balance VIA Active Pedometer:
The directions are complicated. When I tried to use the USB function, it didn't work at all. It is going back tomorrow. I paid the extra $ for this pedometer because I was tired of cheap pedometers that didn't work. I learned that a higher price doesn't mean better quality.

Comments about New Balance VIA Active Pedometer:
This had a dead battery out of the box. Also, once I installed a new battery the setup was complex. But, it seems to have a number of good features for the price.

Q:
Is this only for walking or will it work for running as wellAsked on 6/13/2012 by Anonymous1 answer
A:
The New Balance VIA Active Pedometer will work for running as well as walking. Since running strides and walking strides are generally different, you will just need to adjust your stride length in the pedometer depending on your exercise.Answered on 6/18/2012 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
