I received my vest in the mail pretty quickly. That was great. I was anxious to get it and didn't have to wait long to be able to start running at night. How it works? Well I'm not able to see myself in the dark to determine how visible I am. What I can tell you though is this - I haven't been run over yet. So I guess it's working pretty well. :-)
