• Your ERP provides first responders with critical medical information in the event of an emergency, including:
  • Your Name and Your Emergency Contact
  • Drug Allergies
  • Insurance Information, Medical Conditions and History
  • Any additional information you feel is pertinent – you can add as much as necessary!

Personal ID:
• After creating your online emergency response profile online, you will receive a printed, waterproof ID card that:
  • Contains your name.
  • Includes the name and phone number of your emergency contact.
  • Fits securely in your Nathan VITAband with or without the prepaid debit card.
  • Is provided free-of-charge.

Contactless Prepaid Debit Card Payment: (Optional)
• Fits securely in the Nathan VITAband.
• Works as a traditional debit card—simply wave wrist over a contactless payment reader and funds are deducted.
• Accepts up to $500 in preloaded funds.
• Replenished online through your emergency response profile (ERP).
• Accepted at over 10,000 retail locations.
