Midsole: Impact Guidance System (I.G.S.®) design philosophy employs linked componentry that enhances the foot's natural gait from heel strike to toe-off. Rearfoot and forefoot GEL® cushioning systems attenuate shock during impact and toe-off phases and allows movement in multiple planes as the foot transitions through the gait cycle. Dynamic DuoMax® support system is the next evolution of the DuoMax® dual-density midsole support system that reduces weight while enhancing stability and support. Solyte® midsole material is lighter in weight than ASICS' standard EVA and SpEVA while still enhancing cushioning and durability. The Trusstic System® reduces the weight of the sole unit while retaining the structural integrity of the shoe. Removable, ComforDry™ sockliner provides cushioning performance and anti-odor properties for a cooler, drier, healthier environment.

Outsole: Guidance Line® vertical flex groove decouples the tooling along the line of progression for enhanced gait efficiency. AHAR® (ASICS High Abrasion Rubber) is placed in critical areas of the outsole for exceptional durability.
