I have pretty bad knees and I always stick to Asics and add in supportive inserts. The combination has always proven to support my knee! Great for pronation and stability. Not too fond of the BRIGHT yellow color, but I'm hoping that the more I wear them, the color will fad a little. Overall, great shoes! I love ordering form Holabird! Best prices ANYWHERE, fast shipping, and I don't even mind the MD sales tax. it's my way of supporting the economy in Maryland!
