The Brooks PureFlow gives runners spanning from neutral to guidance a run for the senses without losing the comfort of dynamic cushioning. The complete package of Brooks Pure Technologies keep you feet cushioned throughout your entire run without weighing you down.
Upper: Modern air mesh upper for a lightweight, breathable experience. A wide Nav Band extends up the lateral side and integrates into the lacing system to comfortably secure the foot in place and provide excellent arch support. The dynamic stretch provides just the right amount of support and can accommodate different foot shapes with a comfortable, assured arch fit. Lightly padded heel and tongue for increased comfort.
Midsole: Full length BioMoGo DNA Midsole blends Brooks BioMoGo and Brooks DNA technologies to give the entire midsole adaptive properties. With each foot strike, the BioMoGo DNA tunes the cushioning and responsiveness to the specific needs of each and every runner. Ideal Heel provides a curvature in the heel which shifts the contact point forward so the runner lands with more ground clearance under the middle of the heel. This aligns the joints to encourage optimal energy return and reduce internal stress.
18mm heel midsole height, 14mm forefoot midsole height, 4mm offset.
Outsole: The Toe Flex technology splits the toe box, allowing the big toe to function independent and engage the runner’s natural balance. Flexible materials empower a more efficient push off during the propulsion phase. Anatomical last mimics the foot to provide lose support and a glove like feel. Longest at the big toe and tapering to the smallest, matching the runner’s anatomy allows the shoe and foot to work as a single unit. 10 piece rubber outsole provides increased durability and cushioning while remaining extremely flexible.
Available in width B (Medium).

"You know when something just feels right? That’s how several testers their first run in the Flow. Runners with normal arches and efficient biomechanics (they don’t overpronate) seemed especially fond of the shoe – 80 percent of them gave the Flow their highest possible performance rating. Our lab tests attribute the love to high quality foam in the midsole, which provides a comfortable, cushioned ride despite the shoe’s low profile. The Flow is built on an “anatomical” last, meaning it has a roomy toe box designed to let your toes splay out naturally, as if you were barefoot. But the Flow isn’t nearly as wide as other “natural” shoes. Bottom line, [the Brooks Pure Flow is] a lightweight, yet durable shoe that’s a steal at its price point. "
