Upper: Air mesh upper with synthetic overlays provides ventilation and support. Air mesh padded tongue with padded heel collar for increased comfort and breathability. Molded external heel counter centers the foot at heel impact for a smooth transition. Synthetic overlays are incorporated into the lacing system for increased support.
Midsole: N2 is a responsive, durable, sustainable cushioning system in a low profile execution that delivers on all of these qualities while allowing the foot to be lower to the ground. T-Beam is a lightweight, flexible TPU shank engineered to deliver optimal torsional stability and arch support through a unique center beam design. Stability Web provides optimum arch support that’s both rigid and lightweight while preventing midfoot flex. Stabilicore® is a medial support system that provides an extremely smooth transition from heel strike to toe-off. It is made from an injection molded engineered thermoplastic that offers a great deal of precision and consistency. Unlike traditional foam posting systems, it provides a continuous range of stiffness for optimal transition. Full length ABZORB® Strobel board. Built on New Balance's SL-1 standard running/walking last. Removable premium multi-layer sockliner provides long lasting cushioning, air flow and moisture wicking properties.
12mm heel to toe offset.
Outsole: Blown rubber in the forefoot provides lightweight cushioning and traction while Ndurance® rubber compound in the heel provides maximum durability in high wear areas. Forefoot flex grooves provide optimal flexibility.
