Upper: Mesh upper with synthetic overlays provide durability with support and ventilation. No sew material application for increased comfort. Padded air mesh tongue for maximum comfort and breathability. Padded heel collar provides step in comfort that lasts.

Midsole: ACTEVA midsole material is 12% lighter than standard midsole foam with DuPont™ Engage® for exceptional durability. ENCAP® is a core of soft cushioning EVA in the midsole with a tough polyurethane rim for increased support and durability. ABZORB® is New Balance's top of the line midsole foam. An amazing blend of comfort and performance with Dupont™ Engage® and isoprene rubber provides the ultimate ride. ROLLBAR® on the medial and lateral side is a TPU posting system to minimize rear foot movement that, when combined with our TS2® system achieves the ultimate in motion control. An enhanced SL-2 last is New Balance’s running/walking last with a narrow heel width, high instep height, deep toe box height and a wide forefoot width.
