Q:
Any word on how these preform in wet conditions? I will be living overseas and it will be monsoon season there for 5 months. It looks like they have pretty high rubber sides, does this keep more water out when going through puddles and soggy terrain? Also, do they dry out quickly?Asked on 2/27/2013 by Rachel2 answers
A:
These shoes really aren't designed to be water proof or water resistant. The upper is composed largely of mesh, so the shoe should dry out fairly well. Based on the information you provided, you might have better luck with a pair of water resistant or waterproof trail running shoes (http://www.holabirdsports.com/women-s-shoes/trail-running-shoes/shopby/hb_shoe_features-water_resistant-waterproof.html).Answered on 2/27/2013 by Ryan from Holabird SportsA:
The toe area and areas on the side are mesh, so rain will easily soak through the mesh. The mesh, however, does allow the shoe to breathe better. Therefore, the shoe dries quicker than other sneakers.Answered on 2/28/2013 by Community Answer from None
