The SRC Impact Zone provides shock attenuation and sets the foot up for a smooth transition. SRC XTRA cushioning in the forefoot provides smooth toe-off and comfortable ride. An HRC strobel board increases cushioning and comfort.

Run about 15-20 miles a week.
This is my 6th pair of Saucony Omni series shoes in a row. Though the jury is still out on these Omni 10's (I've got about 150 miles on them), the last pair (Omni 9) seemed to break down way to fast. My previous 4 pairs were fine. A quality training shoe should last at least 500 miles before you can feel it breaking down.
