I use these shoes for trail running. They have great traction and grip. The only downside is the shoes strings don't stay tied when I'm running.

I wear in the Gym for comfort, but mainly for logging miles a day of walking my dogs over hilly terrain and ALWAYS feel comfortable & secure with their soles. Wouldn't mind a smidge wider toe box.
