I used the comparison widget and it told me to order a half size smaller than my current cross trainers. It showed all sorts of fit comparisons and so I purchased the 6 1/2 instead of the usual 7. It was slightly short at the toe and though the snugger fit in the heel was great, it was a little too snug to fit my orthotic. I do wear them occasionally, and I can recommend them, but I would purchase them in my normal size next time.

I have a wide foot and purchased Ryka sneakers for the first time several years ago. I was pleasantly surprised by the lightweight, fashionable sneakers with comfort and a wide base to boot. They made my step classes, treadmill jogs and cross-training workouts a pleasure! I enjoyed my first pair soo much, I'm just now getting around to buying another! And, I love them too! That's two/two Ryka!
