Comments about Ryka Synergy Lady Silver/Blue Freeze/White/Metallic Steel:
This is a great Ryka shoe! It has the same tread design as the Studio Flex, which I really loved for Jazzercise. The only issue I have is with the very wide/large toebox, which might be a plus for some folks, but my foot is fairly narrow. It looked like the velcro strap could control some of this, but it is very stiff. Still a very comfortable & stable workout shoe.

Comments about Ryka Synergy Lady Silver/Blue Freeze/White/Metallic Steel:
I teach classes in gym studios. Great shoes for wood floors. I love the strap across the forefoot -- that allowed me to tighted up the toebox a bit. I'll be ordering another pair soon, just to have on standby. Delivery was prompt as usual.

Q:
Is this a good walking shoe? I have many Rykas and love the Dash Ryka.Asked on 7/12/2012 by Grandma Irene from Somers, NY2 answers
A:
The shoes are designed for training, so it would be more appropriate for aerobics or cross training. I imagine they would be suitable for walking, just not intense walking.Answered on 7/12/2012 by Community Answer from NoneA:
The Ryka Synergy is designed as a cross-training and fitness shoe; however, it would be fine for moderate walking as well.Answered on 7/16/2012 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
Q:
Are these shoes sizes true-to-size, cut small, or cut large?Asked on 3/27/2012 by Gypsy Trixie from Parkville, MD1 answer
A:
These shoes are cut a bit on the small side. You should try on a half size larger than your normal size.Answered on 3/28/2012 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
