Low-profile performance brings all of your studio fitness needs full circle with this dynamic trend-right fitness trainer. A combination of superb breathability, cushioning and lateral stability provide the perfect combination for studio or casual needs. A part of the Kelly Ripa Collection.

Upper: Air mesh with leather overlays provides outstanding breathability with added support and durability. A high density foam heel collar provides increased comfort. Midfoot supports integrated into the lacing system provides a great midfoot fit you can adjust to your liking.

Midsole: Lightweight low compression EVA provides cushioning for a comfortable fit. Removable Ortholite sockliner is breathable, moisture wicking and inhibits the growth of fungus and odor while increasing cushioning. I.H.G.™ (Infused Heel Guidance) is designed to provide extra lateral stability support. This infused TPU clip works with the midsole to secure the heel and guide foot strike alignment.

Outsole: Diamond shaped rubber with a forefoot pivot point provides minimal grip, perfect for studio and dance activities.

Which is better for Zumba? The Ryka transition or the Ryka synergy? I already had the Zumba fitness kickz and I was not happy because they did not offer enough support. I want to get either one of the Ryka's but don't know which one. Also which is more stylish I also have flat feet...

  Both of these shoes would be fine for Zumba; however, if you have flat feet the Ryka Synergy provides a little bit more support than the Ryka Transition. It has a wider base in the midfoot and also has a forefoot strap on the upper for added stability.

  Both of them would be really good for Zumba, but if you have flat feet, then the Synergy offers more support in the arch and sides.
