Upper: Mesh upper with FlexFilm™ welded overlays for lightweight support. HydraMAX moisture wicking collar lining.

Midsole: Heel ProGrid technology cushions the foot and absorbs impacts. EVA+ is extremely lightweight, cushiony, and abrasion resistant. Removable, perforated EVA sockliner for added comfort.

Outsole: External Bedrock Outsole (EBO) protects the foot from rocks, stones, and other debris without compromising flexibility. High-traction outsole features multi-directional lugs for stability and traction on any type of terrain.

Comments about Saucony Kinvara TR Men Citron/Black/Red:

I have been using the Kinvara TR for trail runs of 5-6 miles over varied terrain including rocks, loose dirt, and grass. The shoes fit my somewhat narrow feet very well,(not sure how well they will accomodate a wide foot), provide great traction, and, with their low heel-toe offset encourage a mid-foot strike. The rock plate provides good protection for the fore and mid-foot.
